At SuperMind, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our wellness formulas. Because our products are consumable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of personal taste, ingredient preference, or change of mind.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through SuperMind are considered final sale. Please review all product information, ingredients, and usage details before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before they have shipped are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Instead, customers will receive store credit for the full order amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@asupermind.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Order Errors & Address Issues

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Taste & Personal Preference

Our blends are crafted with lion's mane, cordyceps, and other adaptogens to support focus, clarity, and cognitive performance. If you'd like to adjust the flavor, we recommend additions such as honey, agave, monk fruit, or your favorite milk alternative.
